Through our vast knowledge, industry alliances and negotiating capabilities, we perform negotiations and benchmarking on vendors so that we can deliver better deals and great savings to our clients.
Whenever applicable, we shall connect and coordinate with destination tourism authorities to obtain support for the program.
To ensure quality control on the program executions, our operation and on site team are continuously monitored and directed by our manager(s) and escalates to management whenever necessary.
Post Program evaluations are done through questionnaires, surveys, reports and analysis.
